Failures in transformer systems directly affect both energy continuity and equipment lifetime. As TOGU Automation, we offer comprehensive repair and renewal services for transformers of different power and structure. With our experience gained in field conditions, we analyze the malfunction correctly and produce permanent solutions.
Our Service Scope:
Fault Detection and Condition Analysis
The operating history and current condition of the transformer are examined in detail. If necessary, insulation, resistance and short circuit analyzes are performed with test devices.
Mechanical and Electrical Repairs
Winding repair, renewal of connection terminals, replacement of insulation materials and similar mechanical/electrical interventions are performed on-site.
Drying and Oil Operations
Drying applications are performed to remove the moisture inside the transformer. Oil filtration or oil change is also provided when necessary.
Overhaul and Parts Replacement
Damaged parts are replaced with original or compatible replacements. If necessary, protection, cooling or connection systems are renewed.
On-site Intervention & Commissioning
If it is possible to repair the transformer on-site without dismantling, all operations are carried out directly on site. At the end of the process, the transformer is commissioned, tested and verified for safe operation.
